QR SPLITTER
One PDF in. Print-ready asset tags out. QR Splitter takes the 3×4 asset QR grid that ACC Build and Autodesk Forma export and splits it into individual labels — sized for your printer, ready to stick on equipment in the field.
Version 2.1.4 · 47.3 MB ZIP · Windows 10/11 (64-bit) · 14-day free trial, no card
ACC exports a grid. The field needs labels.
ACC Build and Autodesk Forma's Asset module export your asset QR codes as a 3×4 grid on a single PDF. That's fine on screen — but it's not something you can practically print and apply to equipment in the field. Your options are bad: custom label sheets cut to fit a standard printer (expensive, often with large minimum orders), or separating each code by hand with screenshots and copy-paste — hours of labor per project.
QR Splitter fixes that in seconds. Drop the grid PDF in; every QR code comes out on its own label, with full control over the label size, QR code size, and tag size. The output is one print-ready PDF you send straight to a Zebra, Rollo, or any label printer. Autodesk can't figure it out, so we did.

Grid PDF to printed tags.
The whole run is six steps — and most of them are just confirming the defaults.
Browse to the grid PDF
Point QR Splitter at the 3×4 asset QR export from ACC Build or Autodesk Forma's Asset module.
Set your label size
Default is 4 × 1.825 in — or enter any custom size your label stock takes.
Dial in QR and text size
Or don't — the Maximize defaults fill the label for the longest scan range. Full control over QR code size and tag text when you want it.

Every code lands on its own page in one print-ready PDF. The success dialog reports sheets in, labels out, convert time, and hours saved — split 8 sheets into 437 labels in 12 seconds, about 7 hours saved.
Straight to a Zebra, Rollo, or any thermal label printer. Peel, stick, scan.
The parts that respect your time.
Billed on input sheets
You pay per sheet you split — never per label that comes out. Split 8 sheets into 400 labels, pay for 8.
No QR codes, no charge
Feed it a PDF with no QR codes and you get a friendly dialog, not a bill. You're only charged when labels come out.
Runs locally
Your PDFs are processed on your machine and never uploaded. The app only talks to Fulcrum Hub to license and bill.

A "sheet" is one input page you split — not the labels that come out. Split 8 sheets into 400 labels, pay for 8. Volume pricing above 3,500 sheets on request — get in touch.
Questions, answered.
What printers does QR Splitter work with?
Any thermal label printer — Zebra, Rollo, or others. The output is one standard print-ready PDF sized to your label stock, so any printer that accepts a PDF works.
What does ACC Build export, and why is it a problem?
ACC Build and Autodesk Forma's Asset module export your asset QR codes as a 3×4 grid on a single PDF. That's fine on screen, but it's not something you can practically print and apply to equipment in the field. QR Splitter separates that grid so each code lands on its own print-ready label.
What counts as a sheet?
One input page you split — not the labels that come out. Split 8 sheets into 400 labels, pay for 8. A PDF with no QR codes found is never billed.
Does my data leave my machine?
No. Your PDFs are processed locally and never uploaded. The app only contacts Fulcrum Hub for the license check at startup and to report the sheet count for billing.
Why does Windows show a SmartScreen warning?
The app isn't code-signed in this release, so first launch may show "Windows protected your PC." Click More info, then Run anyway. Verify your download against the SHA-256 checksum published on this page.
Do credits expire?
No — prepaid credits don't expire while your account's active.
